Search For Your Next Home

There are many things to consider when you start searching for your home.  Of the many things you’ll consider is what type of home you want to buy – a condominium unit or a single family home.  You will also need to consider where you will buy your home – the center of town or in neighboring suburbs.  Once you decide where you want to move to, you’ll need to decide how much you want to spend.  This should actually be the first thing you need to consider, but that’s usually not how it happens.  You’ll also need to know what your anticipated family size will be – now and in the next 5 or 10 years from now.  To help you start this process, you can visit my “Search-For-Homes” page.  Enter in your preferred neighborhood, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any other items that you’re looking for.  Good Luck!

Sundays are a great time to look for homes on Oahu.  This is a great time for you to explore homes in the neighborhood that you’re looking for.  You may also drive through neighborhoods you haven’t considered yet and see how the homes are there.  If you’re just starting your search, or have been searching for a while enjoy this time.  One thing to consider if you haven’t done so yet, is to find a Realtor to assist you in this search.

Good Bye 2011, Hello 2012!

As we come close to the end of 2011, I’d like to thank you for working with me and giving me your business.  The year may have been difficult for some, but keep pressing forward.  The new year will be one of anticipation and hope!  I am working on my goals for 2012,  as well as my dreams for the future.  I wish you well –  have a safe and prosperous new year!

As this year closes, I’m committed to creating new goals for 2012.  I will commit them to writing and track my progress.  I will also create short-term and long-term goals which will keep me busy but on track.  I think it’s less productive to be busy with no goals.  You’re spinning your wheels and not going anywhere.  It’s better to be busy, on focus and with an end in mind.
